Game Intro
This game is designed for an open-source hardware device called Thumby, which is about the size of a fingertip. When studying or exercising, you can set a timer in the game, and the character Thumbylina in the game will also improve herself through studying or exercising, gradually unlocking new outfits and hairstyles. Smartphones and PCs often receive endless notifications, making it difficult to concentrate even when using a timer app. However, Thumbylina is completely disconnected from the network, allowing for true focus. In the future, we plan to develop a dedicated keychain-type device and expand its reach widely.

Dev Intro
Since 1997, I have been involved in game development and publishing. After working on large-scale payment systems and developing IP games like Ultraman and Crayon Shin-chan at a mobile game company, I went independent. Currently, I am also engaged in game localization and international expansion. The current market environment is similar to the 1990s, when the next-generation game competition led to greater freedom in game development. At that time, players grew tired of complex games and turned to lighter, more accessible experiences like Tetris, Tamagotchi, and Pokémon. This new work aims to become the “Tamagotchi of the 2020s.”
